Coral glue for attaching coral offshoots to offshoot stones
Operation manual:
Quick start Guide :
Get rubber gloves, paper towels and MarinStick ready. Get the offshoot stone ready and put on rubber gloves.
Remove coral cuttings from the water
Pat the breakage of the coral cutting dry with a paper towel. Apply 1 to 3 drops (depending on the size of the fracture area) of MarinStick glue to the intended gluing point of the offshoot stone. Apply the broken surface of the coral offshoot to the adhesive area and hold it in place with light pressure for about 10 seconds. Return the finished coral cuttings to the aquarium.
Clean the MarinStick adhesive nozzle carefully with a paper towel and close it tightly again
CoralStick instructions for use:
First of all, some important information about using the CoralStick.
Basics before use:
The tube is sealed and MUST be opened before first use. To do this, please unscrew the plastic cap and press the top end of it into the tube. Then quickly screw the plastic cap back onto the tube.
Now unscrew the lid of the plastic cap and cut off a very small piece at the tip. Please only minimally, because this is the only way to prevent the opening from becoming too large and to make optimal use of the adhesive liquid escaping. Please do not press the tube too hard, otherwise too much of the adhesive liquid will run out.
Recommendation:
It is recommended to wear protective gloves when working with the adhesive!
Fixing fragments:
Remove the corals that you want to fragment and break off the corresponding pieces with suitable pliers. Prepare a cutting stone of the appropriate size beforehand and now apply a small amount of glue to the previously broken offshoot. Now place the offshoot on the offshoot stone, hold it firmly and immerse it in salt water for 10 seconds (continue to hold on). Now the offshoot stone with the fragment is removed from the water again and then carefully placed there to continue to harden in peace for another 60 seconds. Only now is the offshoot stone made in this way placed in the aquarium or in a previously prepared container for final hardening.
After about 5 minutes the stone can be placed in its final location.
Danger warnings:
· Keep away from children and keep out of reach!
· Avoid contact of the glue with skin and eyes. This new glue has been tested by many well-known aquarists and found to be very good.
Even the green Acropora, which is classified as very sensitive and which repeatedly caused problems with freshly broken fragments, can be processed immediately with this adhesive. Immediate bonding is possible without damaging the fabric and it hardens under water. Furthermore, tiny amounts of glue are now required and are therefore very economical. In a matter of seconds you can have offshoots with a natural appearance
