Mixed bed resin made from cation and anion exchangers
MBH400 is a mixed bed resin for the effective demineralization of reverse osmosis water. The retention capacity of reverse osmosis (RO) systems is only 90-97% for most ions. Complete demineralization is not possible with UO.
With MBH400, the residual salt concentration in a filter downstream of the RO system can be almost increased depending on the initial load
Zero can be brought. The use of MBH400 can be indispensable for water treatment, particularly in very saline areas.
Features and properties:
- Proportionally 50% cation and anion exchangers.
- Large exchangeable surface.
- Depending on the load, reduces the residual silicate content and the residual hardness of osmosis water.
Recommended Application:
Depending on the filter size, the contents of the package are placed in a correspondingly designated mixed-bed resin filter.
Before the first removal of residual desalinated ultrapure water, the material should be rinsed in the flow for approx. 60 minutes.
