How it works: Bacter M is a highly concentrated, cutting-edge biotechnology product to improve water quality. Selected nitrifying and denitrifying bacterial strains convert ammonia to nitrite, nitrite to nitrate and nitrate to nitrogen. Bacter M accelerates the start-up phase of the aquarium, inhibits the growth of red algae by reducing nitrate and phosphate, purifies the water biologically by absorbing organic waste, renews and maintains the balance of bacterial strains and reduces the risk of infections.
Dosage and areas of application:
For water purification: 1 ampoule per 1,000 l every 2 weeks.
To reduce nitrite: 1 ampoule per 60 l + 1 ampoule for the filter.
Shake the ampoule vigorously for 15 seconds before use to float the bacteria that have settled in the tips of the ampoule. Dissolve the contents in 1 liter of aquarium water before adding the mixture to the water and filter.
