Calcium is essential for natural coral growth. The ideal Ca content in the sea is 400 - 450 ml / liter.
Dosage:
1 ml of calcium per liquid contains 250 mg of immediately available approx. This means that 10 ml of calcium per liquid increases the calcium value by 25 mg/l per 100 l of aquarium water.
The calcium value in the aquarium should be increased slowly and over several days!
Danger:
When calcium per liquid is added, the kH value in the aquarium is lowered!
The kH value reflects the pH buffering capacity of the water. A kH value that is too low poses the risk of a pH drop.
To increase or maintain the pH value, please use kH+Ca1 or carbonate pro instant.
