SPECTRA embodies an extremely successful look in the typical GIESEMANN design and is therefore a piece of technology that does not have to hide.
Especially for professionals
We designed the SPECTRA specifically for lighting larger saltwater aquariums and professional systems. This lamp places particular emphasis on high light output, ease of use and optimal light mixing.
The use of burners with screw sockets (E40) for metal halide lamps made it possible to design very large, wide-beam reflectors that were also designed to be glare-free. This newly developed reflector technology with particularly wide mirrors creates optimally distributed light in almost every position. Additionally, 4 T-5 fluorescent lamps are used to support color reproduction.
Optimized light output
The entire design has been calculated to create an optimal mix of light between the T-5 lamps and the burners, the best of both technologies.
Of course, this powerful highlight from GIESEMANN also has features such as separate switching of the light sources, digital ignition technology and paintwork in various standard colors.
