Faun Marin MB 20 stops diatoms, planaria and unwanted cyanobacteria are sustainably inhibited by removing SiO2.
- MB 20 mixed bed full demineralization for ion exchange columns e.g. silica filters or Aqualight filters.
- Always install silica filters behind an osmosis system.
- After the osmosis system, all remaining ions are removed from the water.
- The result is distillate-like water of the highest purity, which is also free of silica.
- The very high binding capacity of the resin makes MB 20 particularly economical.
- Check MB 20 regularly. If the conductivity or hardness of the water increases, then the resin needs to be changed.
- Regeneration of the MB 20 is not economical
